Want to expand your artistic potential on stage? Explore how a fuller use of the body, understanding of theatrical space, and precise use of gesture can create more unique, engaging, and unexpected performances and stories for the stage. Participants will learn building blocks of devising – a collaborative approach to story and theatre making where the ensemble builds the script/story through play and improvisation. Group staging, scene rehearsal, and character development will be explored, leaving students with a clear vocabulary and set of skills applicable to a variety of performance styles and settings. Prerequisite: Physical Approaches I (or equivalent experience). For questions or to check prior experience contact ! Ages 18+, Capacity: 12 Students Dates: Wednesdays, March 13-April 17 (6:30-9pm)

Class Fee: $255 (plus a $3 handling fee)
