Class Fee: $220 (plus a $3 handling fee)
Dates/Times: July 30-August 1 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Please make your selection below and fill out the registration form. If you are registering for more than one camp, a separate registration form is needed for each camp.

Box Lunch: A daily box lunch is available for an additional $45 per week.
Camp T-shirts: One camp t-shirt is included in the camp registration fee. You may purchase another t-shirt for an additional $10.

Refund Policy:
• Fee of $25 is non-refundable and due with the first payment.
• 100% back (minus the $25 deposit) if registration is cancelled within 6 weeks of start date
• 75% back (minus the $25 deposit) if registration is cancelled within 5 weeks of the start date.
• 50% back (minus the $25 deposit) if registration is cancelled within 2 weeks of the start date.
• NO REFUND if registration is cancelled less than 1 week prior to the start of the camp session. • Guthrie Education reserves the right to cancel a Camp or Intensive up to two weeks before the start date due to insufficient registration with full refunds (including the $25 registration fee) and notification given.

Medical/Life Emergency Cancellation: We understand that unexpected life circumstances sometimes interrupt even your best-made plans. If you need to cancel enrollment due to an emergency, our staff with work with you on a refund plan.

Behavioral Dismissal Policy: Camper fees are non-refundable if a camper is removed for disciplinary reasons. Physical violence or bullying toward another camper or staff member will result in immediate dismissal from the program. Additional weeks will be refunded minus a $25 non-refundable deposit. We are committed to working with students and guardians to ensure every student has a positive experience. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about our intervention plans.
