Far from just a self-care trend, yoga is a great way to connect to your breath, check in with your body and get grounded. Maintaining a regular yoga or meditation practice is just one of the many ways we can nurture our minds and bodies as artists and creative people. All levels are welcome, no matter your past experience or level of flexibility.

Class Fee: $20/class $60 for all three(plus a $3 handling fee)
