Theater Basics
Discover what an actor experiences in rehearsal and onstage in an encouraging atmosphere. Using theater games and exercises, you’ll learn how to lose your inhibitions, work together, concentrate, enter the world of the play, pursue an objective, play the moment, talk, listen and create a character — all with the goal of understanding how specific an actor must be with their intentions. You’ll use your imagination to perform a task that is connected believably to a situation, to have fun and to play.
Qualifications: No experience necessary.
