Radio Play
Before there was television, families would gather around the radio and listen to their favorite nightly programming. This one-week camp will introduce you to the basics of the radio play, including script writing and acting, plus foley and sound engineering. You and your peers will work together to write a script, create sound effects and build toward a final performance in the Guthrie’s in-house recording studio. You’ll leave camp with the skills you need to develop your own podcast or radio show.
